Position Overview

Responsible for clerical/messenger duties for the MetroPlus mail room, distribution of inventory, and internal office moves.

Job Description

  • Coordinate daily distribution of mail, packages and overnight carrier mail.
  • Assist with daily processing of outgoing mail, mass mailings and certified mail.
  • Distribute inventory such as copier paper, cups and napkins within the office.
  • Assist with internal moves of office furniture and files - Will be required to lift heavy items.
  • Perform daily facilities walk through checks.
  • Provide clerical support to other departments as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalency.
  • Two years of clerical experience required.
