Position Overview

Responsible for coordinating and implementing revenue-related duties associated with both new and existing product lines.  Review, analyze, and reconcile account balances and communicate with both internal and external entities of varying levels to meet revenue and recovery goals. Provide operational and strategic support to the Associate Executive Director of Finance as directed.

Job Description

  • Manage invoicing for various product lines
  • Manage and analyze data from multiple revenue sources
  • Analyze Enrollment & Payment data and conduct required follow up action
  • Prepare various reports on a monthly, quarterly and ad hoc basis
  • Perform systems testing and report findings
  • Strong role in communication development
  • Various administrative and support duties as directed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and technical problem-solving skills are required
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are required
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Access is required
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required; master’s is preferred
  • Experience working in the health care industry is strongly preferred
  • Background and experience in health insurance, particularly commercial products or FFM Individual Market, is highly desirable
  • Direct experience using and updating information systems and working with data sets (enrollment/membership, account receivables, encounter records) is preferred.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification desired
  • Demonstration of both technical and non-technical abilities through completion of a short on-site exam
