Position Overview
Reporting to the Facilities Supervisor, the Clerical Associate will be primarily responsible for receiving, tracking, resolving, and distributing undeliverable mail in a timely and efficient manner.
Job Description
- Track, and date stamp receipt date on all incoming undeliverable mail.
- Create system ticket in Salesforce (or any other system) for undeliverable mail.
- Check for address change within the core processing systems and follow defined process to address undeliverable mail.
- Submit regular report (daily, weekly, as assigned) to Facilities Management for tracking purposes of all undeliverable mail.
- Supervise and coordinate with other departments, including Enrollment & Membership, to ensure all action items related to the resolution of undeliverable mail are executed in a timely manner.
- Distribute undeliverable mail to the appropriate departments for further processing.
- Coordinate destruction of assigned correspondence with Facilities supervision on a regular weekly basis, as required.
- Adherence to all organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned by Facilities Operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalency required
- 18 months of satisfactory clerical experience
- Six months of satisfactory, full time experience using Microsoft Office
