Work Shifts

9:00 A.M – 5:00 P.M

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist Desktop and Service Desk teams with the day-to-day needs of MetroPlusHealth users.
Assist with asset management and projects.
Assist with imaging computers.
Learn how applications are installed to multiple computers at a time.
Learn encryption software installations and how to confirm it is installed.
Assist with computer repairs.
