Work Shifts
9:00 A.M – 5:00 P.M
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Desktop and Service Desk teams with the day-to-day needs of MetroPlusHealth users.
- Assist with asset management and projects.
- Assist with imaging computers.
- Learn how applications are installed to multiple computers at a time.
- Learn encryption software installations and how to confirm it is installed.
- Assist with computer repairs.
