Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in problem solving, record keeping, fact-finding, and data analysis, working side-by-side with members of the Business Continuity Team who will provide direction, coaching and learning opportunities.
  • Help develop and maintain departmental wide Business Continuity Plans.
  • Support the roll-out of Fusion Risk Management by aiding in training, user guides, video tutorials, and presentations.
  • Ability to create tabletop scenarios and present.
  • Engage with various levels of leadership across the organization to enhance current Business Impact Analysis by gathering data on internal and external Recovery Time Objectives and Recovery Point Objectives.
  • Sees the opportunity to gain an understanding of MetroPlus Health by working on various stages of engagements, including areas of business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis communications and risk analysis.

Work Shifts

9:00 AM- 5:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, etc.)
  • Must be comfortable interviewing subject matter experts on specific subjects.
  • Ability to research and gather detailed data and document findings.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills.
