Position Overview
Perform routine technical and administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness, including processing data through computer systems and running Production jobs in PowerStepp. Conduct quality assurance on daily, weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc Production jobs. Collaborate with business units, vendors, and IT staff to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Production issues
Duties & Responsibilities
• Run customized queries and data extracts using PowerSTEPP/AS400.
• Perform data corrections and analyze data inconsistencies within PowerSTEPP.
• Conduct comprehensive QA reviews for all production jobs processed.
• Ensure all processes meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Adhere to mandated response times in accordance with MetroPlus policies and procedures.
• Identify potential quality issues and escalate them promptly to management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation on parameters and procedures for successful execution of production processes.
• Monitor and execute secure FTP transfers to and from vendors using MOVEit Automation.
