Position Overview
The ServiceNow Summer Intern will support the ServiceNow team by executing testing activities, creating documentation, building dashboards and assisting with workflow and requirements management. The ServiceNow Summer Intern will gain hands-on experience across the platform.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute functional, regression, and user acceptance testing for ServiceNow enhancements and workflows.
- Document defects, test results, and retesting outcomes.
- Create and update workflow documentation, requirements, knowledge articles, and user stories.
- Develop user-friendly job aids and how-to guides.
- Support requirements gathering and workflow mapping with business analysts.
- Build or update dashboards in ServiceNow
- Assist in the completion of KTLO tickets submitted and assigned to the ServiceNow team
Work Shifts
9:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Minimum Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Exhibits ability to learn new technology quickly and apply problem solving skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc)
- Interest in ITSM, workflow automation, or SaaS platforms.
